gave Amazon a better negotiating position.
Ironically, Amazon will now get more from New York City then they would have before. The greedy capitalist and richest man in the world will get a sweeter deal from the poor oppressed New Yorkers then they would have before bugeyes jumped in to protect people from jobs.
