Goes to the Senate with a forced vote, McConell has to bring it up by law. Majority vote in the Senate could well turn against Don.

Then if he vetoes it goes to the courts. Congress has a nine day break coming up, so this happens likely after that.

Again there are some 50 standing suits on eminent domain going back to Bush in Texas on JUST THIS.

No wall anytime soon kids.
