First, let's declare the entire 2,000 mile border a 'District'. The 'District of Freedom'. The District is sovereign and not subject to US law.
Second, let's forcibly relocate all Planned Parenthood facilities to the District. Anyone who wants an abortion gets a travel voucher and will receive service there. Free, widespread abortions sure, and the States & Federal Government can outlaw abortion entirely. Abortion is strictly the business of The District. Pro-lifers rejoice!!!
Third, the District shall field an army for the purpose of delivering all illegal border crossers to the Planned Parenthoods for extremely late-term abortion.
Fourth, all Planned Parenthood production will be sold to Hillary's Satanic Cult, the Pope, Big Pharma and/or Medical Research institutions (to the highest bidder of course).
Everyone is happy. The groups that need constant human death are served. The liberals thirst for satanic sacrifices and constant abortions is quenched. Women's rights!!! are served. The big corporations and university research groups that need human body parts are happy. And Trumpers get a SECURE BORDER!!!
