This specific news of Page's email trail has been out for a week or more. However, the fact that the State Dept. attempted to coop the FBI with offers of additional postings for FBI Agents in foreign embassies came out two years ago. It was strongly suspected the offer was a quid pro quo by State, but evidence was lacking until now.
Its funny how confirmation that the Russia collusion narrative is a hoax, that Mueller was hired to provide cover for the hierarchy of Obama's disgraced DOJ/FBI/CIA/NSA Chiefs and prevent the public from gaining evidence of their conspiracy against the Trump campaign and Presidency is only being revealed now.
