They do not have all the rights of an American citizen in this country. The right to vote for example.
The Constitution of the United States was not written to protect foreigners.
Foreigners in this country have no right to free education.
Foreigners in this country do not have a right to free medical care.
Foreigners in this country do not have a right to food stamps, subsidized housing, or college education at the expense of taxpayers.
