if you were elected POTUS tomorrow, how would you reduce the deficit?

all the trump, obama, Bush, et. al. "raised the deficit" talk, to me, is about as silly as "fixed the economy" or "fixed the stock market".

Serious question.

I mean, one could just not sign any spending bills, right?
