You operate all systems but what is fair? Did that go well at summer day care for you. It would get the job done and be done.
I personally detest line cutters, but if I see - whoa that whole group was just allowed right in but then that is done and finished - it's OK. That "I was born with a plastic spoon in my mouth" - was that fair? Is this really about fairness. I don't think so. Let the frigging kids be the Americans that have been their whole lives. Stroke of the pen, done.
