illegally. No driver's license. No job. Has been with my cousin for a few years now and he supports her. No healthcare, but she is in liver failure for a lifetime of drinking. Goes to the hospital and never gets a bill.

20 years she could have made an attempt to get legal.

20 years we have picked up her tab.
