Many of the kneelers were released or traded away like Sherman and Peters. And it's the GM/coach who make decisions. Jerry Jones is one of the few owners who has a hands on approach. Most know they don't know football as well as professionals and hire people who they hope can win. To again say what you did, reflects a lack of knowledge.

The owners don't think he can't win for them, he took a team to the Super Bowl and replaced Alex Smith, they fear the bad PR like Cleveland will get hiring HUnt.
