I’m saying the payroll tax is not equal because of the social security wage base. It favors those with higher incomes.
And as you know, our income tax is a progressive tax system. Those that make more pay a higher %.
They are both stupid and no one can explain it, so no one understands it, and we run deficit after deficit.
I would be for everyone paying one tax - progressive, flat, same % - whatever. We should have federal and state, if applicable. And that’s it.
