On the planet I do not see her behavior as criminal. She was literally miles away when the guy killed himself. She did not in any way physically assist him, from what read she did not even help set events into motion. She simply convinced him to finish what he had had a.ready started.
She was morally culpable but I do not see how she was legally culpable. She was charged and convicted for being a horrible person, that should not be a criminal offense.
