The war on drugs will never be won, because of americans consuming them in large quantities. So, instead we all narco drug gangs to kill mexicans, corrupt mexico govt, and other parts of latin america, sending their poor here.
When, we could just grown the drugs here. Missouri in particular used to be famous for hemp (rope). Seems we could become the show me the bong state.
