People generally and especially Americans, like strong men. Not emasculated geldings who think a toxic masculinity is the reason for all the evils in the world.
It’s the John Wayne thing. When people picked on John Wayne, he beat the **** out of them. We are used to seeing weakling Republicans run for cover when they are called names or looked at disapprovingly by the media. But Trump relishes a fight.
The media and the socialists don’t know what to make of that. He should have quit long ago.
So he is both a sympathetic victim of incessant socialist lies and propaganda, and the personification of John Wayne who is defending his own virtue and that of our nation.
