just b/c of elderly folks who have lived there a long time and never updated the houses. However, those are getting bought out, torn down, and rebuilt. The northern area of PV is becoming Mission Hills South as well. Property value around KC proper is sky rocketing ... even Waldo is starting to become what Brookside was about 10 years ago.
