Rank is the placement of a page in the search return based on google's algorithm. Total volume is displayed below the search term.
For example: About 9,160,000 results (0.47 seconds)
Full name (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) 42 million returns.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez + fox news = 28 million returns. Well over half of the total.
