What is Worse? This season or KA last season?

I'm going to go with this season. We hired a coach with a lot of experience, St Louis roots, and paid him big league money. With KA we hired a guy with NO D1 head coaching experience, no recruiting connections nothing.

Despite the injuries this Mizzou team is REALLY BAD!

Puryear can't hit a bucket under the basket, the team just turns the ball over like they've never practiced, but with all the money paid to this guy you would have expected after two whole recruiting classes more of his team would start to shine thru... but it hasn't.

At the very least with KA you knew the team would suck, so you cheered on the effort, rooted for the Mizzou coach, and when they won an SEC tournament game everyone got excited for the team and coach.

We didn't expect to win so you knew exactly what you were getting... very low expectations.

With this team and a high paid coach, I think you should expect more, you should start to see signs of a the turn around but we don't.

I'm going to say this season is way more disappointing because we are NOT seeing the turnaround.

It seems like Mizzou basketball is deep in the mud.
