Power 5 team is going to scoop him up soon with what he is doing at Houston.

We should have hired him 2 years ago and we didn't. We have a chance to go get him now, and we will miss our window. He will be competing for conference championships within 2 years at wherever he lands.

He has done this everywhere he has coached.
