He "taught" constitutional law at U chicago. His students, the one who said anything that i'm aware of thought he was a boob.
He said the constitution is a set of "negative liberties." It says what the government is NOT ALLOWED to do. But to his chagrin and whining, it doesn't say what government MUST DO.
