across the southern border is a fvcking stupid idea.
AS I HAVE REPEATEDLY SAID, IF THERE IS A NEED FOR FENCES IN CERTAIN AREAS - THEN SO BE IT. BUILDING A "WALL" AS HOMAGE TO YOUR OLD FART, IS A DUMB IDEA & A WASTE OF TAXPAYER $$.
Fencing doesn't need to be "big & beautiful". Putting a 36' wall through a butterfly preserve is D U M B. If that property needs to be fenced, then build a 12' fence AROUND it (on the southern perimeter) - that is, if is IF is subject to significant crossings.
