In blew guys post there were two thoughts, one about the deficit, the other about the tax cut.
You inferred he was talking about two facets of one issue.
They looked like two different issues to me.
You said, "taxes aren't cut." You were referring to the overall tax receipts which is just stupid when talking about cutting taxes.
Taxes were cut on individuals. Tax receipts increased.
