ruling that required some parents (Paulding/Johnson maybe??) to reimburse the University for the value of plane tickets when they were flown in on University planes.
Quin's response when that was annoiunced? "Gee, we did that all the time at Duke."
Of course Duke never suffered any investigation on that.
