Essential Facts of the Hillary Email Scandal

Let’s try to get some consensus on the essential facts regarding the Hillary Clinton email situation. Here is my list:
Hillary conducted all email communications when Secretary of State through a home brew server with abysmally deficient cyber security.
The Intelligence Community Inspector General informed the FBI in 2015 that a forensic review of Hillary Clinton’s emails unearthed anomalies in the metadata of the messages. The evidence in the metadata suggested that a copy of every email Hillary Clinton sent during her tenure as the secretary of state was forwarded to a foreign third party (suspected to be China).
There are only two possible reasons for Hillary’s use of the home brew server: monumental stupidity or criminal intent.
The overwhelming evidence of the Clinton Foundation being a pay for influence scheme suggests it was criminal intent.
The deletion of 33,000 of Hillary’s emails while they were under subpoena is further evidence of criminal intent.
Comey began writing his exoneration of Hillary even before the FBI interviewed her.
In its Hillary email investigation, there is no evidence the FBI pursued the evidence turned over by the IG of the foreign third party obtaining all of her emails.
In deciding not to indict Hillary, Comey stated his underlying rationale was that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case”, but the leaked James Baker transcripts document that Baker, the FBI’s top attorney, believed even toward the end of the Clinton investigation that she should have been charged over her “alarming, appalling” mishandling of classified information.
