No need...for that if people want to vote they need to make a effort to vote, and Healthcare workers,cops,fireman,the military etc. will still be on duty. Many restaurants and retail will also want to be open if the day is a holiday so people will have something to do after the vote and they can make money. So basically union workers and some non-necessary gov. employee's will be off most everyone else will still be working...people can just take vacation time if they need it to vote.
