Whether or not the events that occurred happened under criminal conspiracy...

I have no idea what will come of the investigation when it finally concludes. Perhaps nothing! But I believe that Mueller has the integrity to both find and determine criminality if it exists.

Receiving stolen property is a crime, by the way. As is "quid pro quo" which is the conspiracy part. As is receiving money (NRA and Sam Patten) from a foreign country.
