So question on this three week Dem/GOP negotiation

is that just negotiation between members of Congress? Or is a Trump representative at the table?
Reason I ask is that #1, based on his tweets, Trump seems to not know what is being discussed or negotiated; #2, based on past practice, Trump is extremely likely to reject a bipartisan compromise deal (if Rush/Coulter/Hannity tell him it is a bad deal); and #3 seems like it will almost certainly be a waste of time (especially if Trump sees a new movie which has scary scenes).

If the committee of Republicans and Democrats now meeting on Border Security is not discussing or contemplating a Wall or Physical Barrier, they are Wasting their time!
