he could have received for the COPD he acquired during his multiple tours in Vietnam.

Add to it, the end of life "care" he received was heart-breakingly impersonal, ineffectual.

He literally died while still awake and aware of his starving for oxygen while my wife held his hand and cried.

THe place was a fvcking embarrassment; I'd find a different veterinarian hospital if it had been my dog.
