Reason for Pre-Dawn Raid on Roger Stone?

The FBI’s pre-dawn raid on Roger Stone’s house yesterday was executed by a group of heavily armed men that was much larger than the team that conducted the raid on Osama Bin Laden’s compound. Stone was taken into custody both handcuffed and shackled. CNN had been tipped off, so the whole thing was filmed.
Why the theatrics? The indictments against Stone were more weak sauce – once again, only process crimes, still no charges on any collusion with the Russians to game the election. But Mueller’s real job is not to investigate collusion, it is to cover up the malfeasance of the DOJ and FBI and their illegal spying on the Trump campaign. So all Mueller needs is to maintain the illusion of collusion in the minds of enough of the public to provide the political cover to allow the witch-hunt and cover-up to continue. Is that why we had those theatrics?
Or is it even worse than that? Is Mueller part of a coup to take out the President? Was Muller trying to goad Trump into taking an action (firing Mueller) that could be used to advance the Democrat/Deep State impeachment cause? Is he sending a message to supporters of outsiders like Trump, an existential threat to the Deep State, that such threats will not be tolerated, and outsiders will be hounded and their lives destroyed?
Moves like yesterday, such an extreme Gestapo-like departure from typical policy which would have had Stone turning himself in, makes one wonder.
