You have NO CLUE what you are talking about if you think those branches of govt will sit back and allow the precedent to be set that a potus can use "national emergency" as a run around to get funding for a pet project. That precedent is not going to be set.

Your confidence is misplaced. Trump's people looked hard at this weeks ago. And they did not do it. Why do you think that is??
