Everyone knows the Dems will not negotiate in good faith. Their aim is not better border security but to deal a political blow to Donald Trump. Three weeks will come and go, there will be no compromise bill with wall funding, and the Donald will be faced with the national emergency route. The PR game may be difficult for the Dems to win, especially if Nancy now plans to hold the SotU hostage. Trump may very well win this thing after all.
