I further declare that in order to fund the construction of this necessary physical barrier, funds must, and will, be reclaimed from Mexico;

I further authorize Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, or Nancy as I call her, to obtain the funds from Mexico, as she is one bad b|tch.
