What does he do - he shuts down the govt.
Then he threatens declaring emergency
Then he caves as he did today.

Dems are not approving funding for his wall. Period.

In three weeks Trump is not going to shut down the govt again. Best case is that more money might come up for drones, agents and tech. If Don thinks he can convince his imbecilic base that that was the WALL he was talking about, good for him. The adults in the country know better.
