your employment pool is dwindled due to a hiring freeze in 2017, essentially a hiring freeze now (HR is furloughed),and an increase in flights, plus the extra stress of having to work a second joh because the first one won't pay you.

I have no idea where you got that 25% number. Perhaps you pulled it from your arse as usual.
