incarceration is kidnapping, also violations of natural rights, as is taking property from someone as remuneration.
Therefore, any form of punishment for murder (or any other crime or legal breech) is an infringement.
Is it your position that no violation of any person's natural rights is moral in response to their murdering someone?
Or is infringing on their right to life different that infringing upon their right to liberty and property?
It is you who instructed me that Natural Rights have no pecking order, nor priority relative to each other.
What is it you contend should be done with a murderer or rapist or committer of other heinous crime?
