as Trump, here is what I do.
I get the full list of all government employees that will be attending and hand-pick a few who support the shut-down.
I then mention them by name during the address and stress how border security is so important to them that they STILL SUPPORT the shut-down even while missing a paycheck.
'What a great American, what a hero! Nancy, you're losing and you've lost again. Won't you finally start listening to the American people and do what a vast majority so strongly support - real funding for border security!'
