1. She was criminal, or nearly criminal, for a large part of her political career. She probably should not have been running.
2. She was so arrogant she took things for granted;
2.a., She made comments like "basket of deplorables", and "clinging to their guns and religion," which were inflammatory if not outright insulting to a wide swath of the American people.
2.b. She underestimated how wide that swath was.
3. She was basically more unlikeable than Donald Trump, who should not sell himself short as he can be tremendously unlikeable himself.
