to believe it. Native American elder harassed by smug, white privileged, MAGA hat wearing, Catholics? it was the perfect storm for the left. it was like an 8 ball of crack to a junkie and it fit their narrative. they couldn't be bothered to do their due diligence (their job).
and while some have apologized, which doesn't excuse their rush to judgment and lack of professionalism in the first place, many are trying to rationalize it and saying well you know the MAGA hat is a trigger or Catholicism has a history of racism against native Americans so it's part of a bigger issue.blah blah blah
