In the wrong order from a strategy perspective. They are bringing the Republican bill forward first. Which will fail. But that is ok because than pressure will switch to Reps to allow cloture or remain at stalemate.
I would flip these and put pressure on Senate Dems to say yes and throw it to the house. Where they are safe, but than Nancy is seen as the issue. Under the current plan Republicans are setting themselves for blame game
