deciding on suicide to where government decides who should live and die.

The nazis, the communists and now the chicoms all did or do that.

I agree that if a person of sound mind wants to end it, fine. But how much pressure can the government put on that person to end his/her life. For their kids and grand kids...

Maybe the government will stop allowing medical insurance for certain diseases after a specified amount of time.

Maybe at some point the government will decide that no insurance will be available for anyone over the age of....

So i agree that today, it would not be a problem. In fifty years, i dunno.
