I have been saying this for years. That our policies are currently not up to speed re: that need is a policy issue. Immigrants are an asset.

I have suggested Tripling the number of immigrants we let in, I have suggested/insisted we need more judges to get the line moving. I have suggested amnesty for DACA and current undocumented immigrants. l have made no secret of that. The fact that the Right complains that amnesty "wouldn't be fair" to all those "playing by the rules" is fcking laughable.
