He has done a very poor job of managing his pg resources thus far and doesn't appear to put a priority on that to his own detriment. Ball handling and playmaking in general has been terrible.
The pace of play is concerning, and we are certainly a well below avg transition team and don't generate many turnovers defensively.
His rotations and substitution patters are kind of odd and I would argue do not maximize his resources.
Our end game and late shot clock possessions leave a lot to be desired.
Tilmon's persistent foul issues have not been resolved.
His recruiting seems to be neglecting KC, and we are not scheduling games there to keep a footprint in the city.
He is not a perfect coach and is open to criticism. There isn't any such thing as a perfect coach that is above criticism. But he is obviously a good coach and a great fit and appears to be what this program needs following an absolute disaster period requiring a massive rebuild.
