And at the time of the request to lie Trump had a tremendous financial control over Cohen. He basically controlled his and his families livelihood because he was Cohen's main client.

And at the end of the day it doesn't matter what you or I think. The law is clear about this. You don't get to choose which laws you follow and don't follow.
