that this lady legitimately thought there was a chance of dying without her insulin, yet she doesn't do everything in her power to get more of it. You could borrow money from friends or even pawn something.

Also, how about some planning ahead. This shut down has been going on for weeks. If there was a risk of running out of insulin, wouldn't you begin formulating a plan to get more insulin before you run out. She could have gotten a part time job or did odd jobs or something to get $300.

Seems like she almost wanted to be a martyr for trump haters.
