1. Gets a student loan that was probably guaranteed by the government;
2. Buys a car she may or may not have been able to afford;
3. Runs up credit card debt while living at home with her parents;
4. Probably isn't all that great of a credit risk for conventional home loans due to her already high student loan debt.
5. Applies for and gets a mortgage backed by the government (that she may or may not afford)
6. Would rather spend her time whining on the internet than working with the seller to push the closing date.
