His resume will include a stint at one of college football's blue blood programs.
OU has been to back to back CFP's, they will likely continue to be an annual CFP contender. He'll have that experience and it will be on his resume.
OU is a blue blood program with lots of resources. The chances of it succeeding in the near future are higher than Mizzou's.
Assistants at highly successful programs are highly visible and tend to get hired when coaching vacancies come open.
And if you look at Brain's history, he's had more connections with OU than Mizzou.
