He still has way too much trouble getting lost under the basket and getting into bad positions on the post in general. It (in part) leads to him turning it over way too much.

I personally was hoping for more improvement from last year to this point in the season. Tilmon could have really used the benefit of coming in and playing behind an experienced big man. I can't imagine Nikko has ever provided much to practice against.
