think about it. Really young, just starting their careers, not getting paid that much.

I think college educated 40+ year olds significantly devalue the hurdles that a significant portion of our population faces, living pay check to pay check, and how they are impacted immediately when an unexpected expense comes along or a pay check is delayed or ended.
