6 PM game with Alabama. Nearly 14K in the building.

6 PM weeknight game at exactly the same time of year. Alabama was a mediocre at best team at that point of the year, 8-5 going into the game. Last time I checked, they're in the SEC.

So many factors at play here. What kind of season is Mizzou coming off? How energized is the fan base? What is the current national trend of attendance?

The SEC has very little to do with it. ku moved the meter at Mizzou home games. Very few other programs would consistently. Including old big 8 rivals.
