watching some Michael Jordan shots. Or mine. For that matter, notice the rotation on almost any good outside shooter. Using the wrist greatly helps accuracy, instead of a shot-put kind of shot. Doing so will give more than 5 revolutions. Don't know who the hell came up with that crap.
