why not pass a spending bill with full wall funding in the last two years when the GOP had majorities? Uncle Mitch could have used reconciliation to get it through the senate.

It's all a charade to get his supporters jazzed up (see this board) and divert attention from the multitude of investigations into him, his associates, and family.
