a good amount once that first paycheck is missed. Up until this point I imagine most workers just assumed it would be solved and they'd be paid on time. I imagine once that first payment is missed many will start looking for other jobs or just calling in sick. Whether or not it will effect air travel this month is hard to say but if it drags on long enough it definitely will and I would bet money that airlines start hiring their own agents.
